A Nigerian woman shares a chilling encounter she and her husband had during a recent ride, warning others to be cautious when booking transportation.
According to her, the driver they hired acted suspiciously throughout the journey, greeting almost everyone they passed, most of whom appeared to be area boys.
What made the situation even more unsettling was how often the man kept turning around to look at the back seat, where she and her husband were sitting.
In the caption, she wrote,
“This man greeted almost everybody till we reach our destination and 99% of them are area boys, The way he look around expecially at the back where we sat every minutes is suspicious, not until my husband made a fake call pretending to be on call with a police officer… if you’re booking a ride be careful…”
She described his behavior as “suspicious,” prompting her husband to take quick action. He made a fake phone call, loudly pretending to speak with a police officer and sharing their current location.
The driver’s demeanor reportedly changed after he overheard her husband’s conversation with the police officer.
