This is the extraordinary moment a drug dealer claims he had borrowed someone else’s pants before wraps of cocaine began falling out of his trouser leg.
Neil Brown tried to run from cops after he was stopped and told he would be searched in Cambridge. Police found 98 wraps of the Class A drug, worth around £1,960, and a knife close by.
Brown was sentenced to three years and 10 months in prison after pleading guilty to possession with intent to supply heroin and crack cocaine, possession of cannabis and possession of a knife in a public place.
