A Nigerian woman shared a video of her white husband counting stacks of foreign currency sprayed at their wedding, saying the stress was worth it.

In the clip, her husband could be seen sitting on the floor, counting bundles of foreign currency that were sprayed on them during their traditional wedding ceremony.

The husband appeared very focused as he arranged the bundles neatly, while the excited bride captioned the video saying that all the stress of wedding planning had paid off.

Nigerians trooped to the comment section to congratulate the couple. Some, however pointed out that traditional marriages in Nigeria are “the real ROI,” as couples often walk away with significant cash gifts from guests.

@winnyzfurniture Truly shows that the stress of the wedding was worth it. There is nothing sweeter than counting blessings together as husband and wife. Wishing you both joy and prosperity in your journey.
