After years of public concern about his well-being, seeing Okomfour Kwadee step back onto a live stage felt like a powerful moment for many music lovers.

In a Zionfelix.net exclusive video, the veteran Ghanaian rapper was captured performing at Sista Afia’s All White Party, held in Koforidua in the Eastern Region. The appearance marked a rare and emotional return for an artiste whose struggles with mental health have often overshadowed his musical legacy in recent years.

Once on stage, Kwadee delivered a steady run of his well-known songs, moving seamlessly from one hit to another as the crowd responded with growing excitement. The atmosphere shifted to something deeper when he performed tracks such as ‘Efie Nipa’ and ‘Abrante3’. Those songs, closely tied to his personal journey, appeared to strike a chord with the audience, many of whom have followed his story over the years.

The emotional weight of the performance was matched by strong support from fans. The crowd sang along, cheered loudly, and showed their appreciation in a very visible way as some attendees sprayed money on the artiste while he performed.

Kwadee’s return to the stage also reignited conversations about his health. Having dealt with recurring mental challenges for several years, many fans continue to express hope and prayer that he finds lasting stability and avoids another relapse.
