Desire Doue has won his first Champions League trophy with PSG at 19 years old

French youngster Desire Doue took center stage in the 2025 UEFA Champions League final when he netted a brace to aid Paris Saint-Germain win their first-ever UEFA Champions League title on May 31, 2025, at the Allianz Arena in Germany.

The youngster ran the show in dominant fashion, being explosive in attack.

His powerful drive in the box took a deflection off Di Marco and found the back of the net in the 19th minute for the second goal.

In the second half, Vitinha took the ball from the center, controlled it behind the penalty box, and laid a brilliant pass to Doue, who pounced on it and took a long shot that went past Yann Sommer to seal a brace.

Aside from the two goals, he kept threatening the Milan defense, with Di Marco, Acerbi, and Bastoni struggling to contain him.

In the 2024/2025 Champions League season, he has made sixteen appearances, scoring five goals and making three assists.

In the French Cup, he has played six matches, scoring six goal and making four assists and in Ligue 1, the prodigy played 31 matches, netting six goals with six assists.

His excellent performances earned him the award for Best Young Player of the 2024/25 Champions League season.

The French star was signed from Stade Rennais FC for 50 million euros while being chased by top European clubs.
