Young Ghanaian talents Taufic Seidu and Shadrack Addo have been crowned champions in Spain after helping Atlético Madrid C secure the Tercera Federación title.
The Madrid-based side sealed the title in style with a commanding 5-1 victory over Sad Racing de Madrid, taking their points tally to 63 with two matches still to spare.
Their closest challengers, Las Rozas CF, trail behind on 56 points, confirming Atlético’s dominance this season.
Both Seidu and Addo have played key roles in the club’s success, contributing consistently across different levels.
Their performances extended beyond the domestic league, as they were also involved with the youth setup, helping Atlético reach the quarter-finals of the UEFA Youth League.
It has been a breakthrough campaign for Taufic Seidu, whose impressive rise saw him earn a senior team debut against FC Barcelona in March.
Shadrack Addo, a former Asante Kotoko player, joined the Rojiblancos on loan earlier this year and has quickly made his presence felt. However, his long-term future remains uncertain as the club is yet to decide whether to make his move permanent.
Their achievements mark another positive chapter for Ghanaian talent abroad, with both players continuing to show promise on the European stage.
