    Media personality and actress Idia Aisien has come under fire on social media following her outfit choice for the just-concluded Lagos Fashion Week.

    The TV star turned heads when she arrived at the event in a long black dress featuring a dramatic thigh-high slit on the left side, running from the top to the bottom of the gown.

    While some fans praised her confidence and bold fashion statement, others felt the outfit was ‘too revealing’ for the occasion.

    Shortly after videos of her appearance surfaced online, Nigerians took to social media platforms to share their opinions, and the reactions were mixed.

    However, some fans came to her defense, arguing that Lagos Fashion Week is all about creativity and self-expression.

    Below are some of the comments;

    “She could have stolen the show if she had come there fully naked. But for this, she disgrace herself.”

    “There is no difference between this and skin colored outfits that give the illusion you are wearing nothing.”

    “You mean Idia stepped out with just 1 yard of material and a safety pin by the side.“

    “How is she even comfortable in this outfit? I would be scared my cooch would be out in the open.”

    “This dress exists to be worn… and she WORE it! Not everybody can wear it – let those who can do so. She looks nice! Everyone needs to calm down, jeez.“

    “She’s an adult. If she’s comfy in it. Other opinions don’t matter.“
