The Swedru Stadium is set to host the semifinal matches of the MTN FA Cup on April 17 and 18, 2026, with four Ghana Premier League sides battling for a place in the final. 

Nations FC will face Aduana FC in the first semifinal on Friday, April 17. The following day, former champions Dreams FC take on Medeama SC in what promises to be a thrilling encounter.

Dreams FC, winners of the 2023/24 edition, are aiming for a return to the final as they come up against two-time champions Medeama SC. Both sides progressed with impressive performances in the quarterfinals, highlighting their pedigree in the competition.

Aduana FC secured their semifinal spot with a convincing 3-0 victory over Techiman Liberty Youth, while Nations FC edged past Berekum Chelsea via a penalty shootout after a goalless draw. Medeama SC also recorded a 3-0 win over Attram De Visser, while Dreams FC staged a comeback to defeat Heart of Lions.

Winners from both ties will advance to the final.
