Swedru All Blacks were held to a 1-1 draw by Hearts of Lions in their Ghana Premier League clash on November 2, 2025.

The Ozii Ozaa Boys started the game with intense pressure on their opponents but failed to create clear-cut chances to open the scoring.

Their continuous pressing eventually became effective, as they created a couple of opportunities but couldn’t convert to break the deadlock.

Lions gradually asserted themselves into the game, controlling possession for a period, which paid off when Freeman scored the opening goal in the dying moments of the first half.

The home side began the second half with an all-out attacking approach, pushing players forward in search of an equaliser.

Their persistent pressure paid off in the 80th minute when Rudolph Mensah netted a brilliant equaliser.

Both sides pushed for a late winner, but the match ended in a stalemate, with the points shared.

After eight matches played, All Blacks sit 14th on the league table with seven points and will be looking to secure more wins to avoid a potential relegation battle later in the season.

All Blacks will travel to Sameraboi to face FC Samartex on November 9, 2025.
