Ghanaian musician, Shatta Wale, has debunked rumours on social media that former artiste manager, Blakk Cedi, now leads his management team.
In a media interaction with Shatta Wale on January 8, 2024, Shatta Wale, who had just returned to the country after an intriguing performance in Jamaica, noted that Blakk Cedi was part of his managerial team solely for the project and nothing more to it.
“Blakk Cedi’s contribution to my performance is like every media house coming here to interview me. I don’t have any problem with anybody. Blakk Cedi is Stonebwoy’s former manager, and I don’t have any problem with him or Stonebwoy… The painting of Shatta Wale not being able to work with anybody is getting too much because I am making too much money that I can’t think about hating again.
“He has done well, and nobody should tag him that he (Blakk Cedi) is managing Shatta Wale because Sammy Flex is still my manager,” he said.
He also expressed profound gratitude to his fans for their support throughout his career.
“I am trying to create some business this year so I believe most of the fans are going to work with me. Also, I am going to give them some good music. Thanks to every Shatta fan who has been with me from day one. May God bless you and your family,” he added.
