In the midst of Stonebwoy’s ‘Deeper’ song causing a stir among netizens, Ghanaian entertainment pundit Mawuli Ekpe Peter, popularly known as Abro, has sent a stern warning to the dancehall musician.

Following the release of his latest EP, Stonebwoy has become the centre of attention, with some music lovers speculating that he took a jab at Shatta Wale in a track titled “Deeper.”

In a recent development, entertainment critic Abro, during a discussion on the Fakye Showbiz shared on social media on September 15, 2025, cautioned Stonebwoy to issue an unqualified apology to Shatta Wale.

According to Abro, if Stonebwoy fails to apologise to the “On God” hitmaker, it could have serious consequences on his career.

“Have you seen what Stonebwoy has done. Didn’t you see that people didn’t come to Accra Sports Stadium during Stonebwoy’s performance? Stonebwoy shouldn’t be deceived into thinking that he can stand Shatta Wale. He should go and apologise to Shatta Wale, or his fame will come down,” he said.

Abro also recounted a conversation he once had with Shatta Wale.

According to him, Shatta Wale has vowed not to respond to any further jabs from Stonebwoy.

“I had a conversation with Shatta Wale, and he told me that he won’t mind Stonebwoy again. And if he does that, his fame will come down. He said Stonebwoy does not respect. When was the last time Shatta Wale responded to Stonebwoy? All the noise he is making and insulting Wale, have you seen he has not responded to him,” he added.
