Ogee has dismissed rumours claiming that Stonebwoy operates a fake account on X (formerly Twitter).

During an interview with ZionFelix, the Ghanaian hype man burst into laughter when asked about the mysterious account linked to the name “Lasmid Boy.”

He clarified that Stonebwoy uses only one verified account on the platform and had recently joined an X Space to share advice with young people.

According to Ogee, the rumours were simply part of an online “agenda” created by individuals seeking attention on social media. “All these allegations are just agenda by some people,” he said, adding that such misinformation often spreads quickly without verification.

He admitted that when he first heard the name “Lasmid Boy,” he thought the musician Lasmid had released a new song, only to later realise it was tied to false claims about Stonebwoy.

Despite the negativity, Ogee commended fans who use social media to support and promote their favourite artistes in meaningful ways.

“It’s good to see people using the platform positively,” he said, urging followers to focus on genuine interactions rather than manufactured controversies.
