Ghanaian gospel musician Diana Asamoah has taken a swipe at Prophet Bernard ElBernard Nelson-Eshun following his failed prediction concerning the just-ended New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) primaries.

Recently, Prophet ElBernard, ahead of the NPP presidential primaries, prophesied that Kennedy Agyapong would win hands down.

Following the failed prophecy, several personalities have taken to social media to drag the Spiritlife Revival Ministries’ General Overseer.

Among those who have criticised Prophet ElBernard is gospel musician Diana Asamoah.

‘NPP’s policies align with the bible’ – Diana Asamoah claims

In a video making waves on social media, the singer cautioned him against returning to preaching anytime soon.

According to her, Prophet ElBernard’s earlier claim of stepping away from preaching for a few weeks is insufficient, as she insists that he should take a break for five years.

“Prophet ElBernard’s decision to stay away for one year is not enough. He should stay away from preaching for about five years. If he had lived by the word, he wouldn’t be here doing all these by now,” she said.

Diana Asamoah also took a jab at Prophet Nigel Gaisie after he claimed to be the reason Kennedy Agyapong lost the election.

‘I will no longer respond to Adom Kyei Duah’ – Diana Asamoah retreats from public ‘fight’

According to her, Nigel Gaisie’s claims are false, adding that Kennedy Agyapong will become the New Patriotic Party’s presidential candidate at the right time.

“Kennedy Agyapong’s defeat in the primaries shows that God’s time is the best. When God’s time is due, he will definitely win. Your prayers did not make him lose the election, so they shouldn’t say that,” she tackled Nigel Gaisie.
