Minister of Sports and Recreation, Kofi Adams Minister of Sports and Recreation, Kofi Adams

Minister of Sports and Recreation, Kofi Adams, has confirmed ticket prices for Ghana’s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Mali at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The Black Stars, led by head coach Otto Addo, are currently away in N’Djamena to face Chad on Thursday, September 4,2025, in the Matchday 7 fixture.

The team is expected back in Accra on Friday to host Mali on Monday, September 8, for Matchday 8 of the qualifiers.

Addressing the press ahead of the double-header, Adams, who also serves as Member of Parliament for Buem, outlined the pricing structure for the highly anticipated home game against The Eagles.

“This is a high-profile game that we can generate revenue from, just as is done elsewhere. These prices also cater for the VVIP section,” the Minister stated.

Tickets have been pegged at GH¢1,000 for VVIP, GH¢500 for VIP, GH¢300 for VIP Wings, GH¢200 for VIP Lower, GH¢50 for Centre Line, and GH¢30 for Goal Post stands.

The encounter with Mali is expected to draw a large crowd, as Ghana continues its quest for a place at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
