Ghanaian artiste Mr Drew has shared a personal and relatable story about love and relationships.

During an interview with DJ Slim on Hitz FM, he revealed that one of the trickiest situations he has faced in matters of the heart was being a ‘sneaky link’ without realizing it.

Reflecting on the experience, Mr Drew explained that he was unknowingly falling for someone who was already in a committed relationship.

“I was just a sneaky link unknowingly, meanwhile, I was falling in love,” he said.

The situation came to light when the woman revealed the truth, telling him, “Oh, I really like you, but we’re just on that level. Don’t take it too far.”

When asked how to navigate such a complicated relationship dynamic, Mr Drew hilariously replied, “Why are you moving? Don’t move. Stay there. You like what is happening, but you want to graduate. You can’t graduate. So, stay there or you step back, or you do a joint service. That’s the only way.”

He also noted that in today’s dating culture, unconventional relationships like being a “sneaky link” have become more common and sometimes even outlast traditional relationships.

“In this era, people have understood stuff like being a sneaky link. Some even last longer than the proper relationship,” he added.
