Shatta Wale has revealed that Sarkodie quietly supported his Shaxi transport venture by purchasing several cars for the business.

Speaking during a live TikTok session, the Ghanaian dancehall artiste praised Sarkodie as a “genuine industry player”.

He recounted that during the most recent Rapperholic concert, Sarkodie bought eight vehicles for Shaxi, the ride-hailing company founded by Wale. Although Sarkodie had requested that the gesture remain private, Shatta Wale said he felt the need to share it with the public.

“When he bought the car, he told me not to tell anybody, but I told him we all have to support each other. I know he won’t be happy that I have said this on live,” Shatta Wale admitted.

He went on to jokingly address Sarkodie’s wife, saying, “Tracy is my baby. We are sorry for entering his (Sark) account. I am sure Tracy would ask why he didn’t inform her that he wanted to purchase cars for me. Shoutout to the Sark natives.”
