Kumawood actor Kwaku Manu has sparked an uproar after making some controversial remarks about the use of sex toys by women.

During the United Showbiz aired on June 28, 2025, Kwaku Manu expressed alarm at the growing use of sex toys among women, stating these gadgets are “destroying their vaginas”.

According to the actors, many women today are unable to achieve satisfaction during intercourse unless their partners “vibrate” like their toys.

“Those machines and devices that some women use to please themselves are destroying their vaginas. Right now, they can’t even be satisfied when they have intercourse with their partners.

“A man will do all the work and the woman will say she’s not satisfied because he’s not vibrating like how her toys do. It’s destroying marriages,” he claimed.

He argued further that this dependency is placing undue pressure on men, undermining relationships and affecting marriages.
