Ghana forward Antoine Semenyo has been nominated for the Premier League Player of the Month for February following an impressive run of performances in the Premier League.

The 26-year-old attacker has been shortlisted alongside Viktor Gyökeres, Nico O’Reilly, Dango Ouattara, Benjamin Šeško and Virgil van Dijk for the prestigious monthly honour.

Semenyo earned the nomination after a strong February in which he scored three goals and registered an assist in five league matches. The Ghana international played a key role as his club recorded four wins and a draw during the month, contributing goals against Tottenham Hotspur, Fulham and Leeds United.

Since joining his new club during the January transfer window, the former AFC Bournemouth forward has quickly become an important figure in the squad, showcasing his versatility by operating both in midfield and in advanced attacking roles.

Voting for the award is open to fans, with the final decision determined by a combination of public votes and a panel of football experts. The winner of the February award will be announced next week.

Semenyo’s nomination continues a strong season for the Ghanaian attacker, whose performances have further enhanced his growing reputation in English football.
