The winger spearheaded Manchester City’s 3–0 victory over Fulham on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at the Etihad Stadium, boosting their title charge.

He latched onto a loose ball between a defender and the goalkeeper, calmly tapping it into the net for City’s opening goal.

Beyond his goal, he remained influential throughout the match, providing an assist by laying off a pass to O’Reilly, who scored to extend City’s lead.

With this strike, the former Bournemouth attacker has now scored 13 goals and provided four assists in the 2025/26 season. Across all competitions, he has made 29 appearances, netting 15 goals and registering five assists.

Following the win, Manchester City sit second on the league table with 53 points, trailing leaders Arsenal by four points.

Semenyo’s performances since joining City have been crucial, often stepping up as a reliable scorer when Erling Haaland fails to find the net.
