The Ghana Football Association (GFA) Referees Committee has announced officials for the Ghana Premier League (GPL) Matchday 30 games that were declared outstanding following an attack of Berekum Cheslea FC.
The attack led to the loss of Dominic Frimpong, an Aduana FC player, on loan at Berekum Chelsea.
As a mark of respect, the week’s games were rescheduled to tomorrow as clubs are advised to wear black arm bands.
According to the schedule, the match between Berekum Chelsea FC and Medeama SC at the Golden City Park would have Referee Dr Imoro Osman in attendance, ably assisted by assistants Tijani Mohammed and Ernest Akatey.
The Fourth Referee will be Maxwell Hanson with Awudu Dzang acting as Match Commissioner.
The Bibiani Dun’s Park will host the clash between Goldstars SC and FC Samartex 1999 and would have in attendance Referee Robert Musey and assistants, Theophilus Akugre and Seth Abletor, with Juliet Appiah as Fourth Referee and Frank Nimako as Match Commissioner.
At the Accra Sports Stadium where Hearts of Oak host Karela United, Referee Selorm Yao Bless will lead a team of officials including two assistants, Roland Addy and Michael Alugmi, Fourth Referee Rejoice Addokwei and Match Commissioner Richard Osei Yaw.
Referee Julian Nunoo will be in charge of the game between Swedru All Blacks FC and Eleven Wonders at the Swedru Stadium.
Assisting on the lines would be Gabriel Boateng and James Osafo while Mohammed Misbaou performs as Fourth Referee and Jacob Amegatsey as Match Commissioner.
The Young Apostles match against Vision FC at the Wenchi Sports Stadium will be handled by Referee Nii-Coffie Gideon and supported on the lines by Minkaa-IL Fauzan and Bless Awadzi, Fourth Referee Moro Iddrisu and James Mornah as Match Commissioner.
Referee Franklin Akumatey will be in charge as Bechem United host Dreams FC at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park
On the lines would be assistants Richard Nartey and Sulemana Salau Deen; Fourth Referee Barikisu Salifu; and Match Commissioner Samuel Gyasi.
At the AAk II Sports Arena, Basake Holy Stars will be engaged in a tough duel with Aduana FC which Referee Maxwell Owusu is expected to be in attendance.
Assistanting on the lines would be Kofi Nyarko Bakae and Joshua Agbo with Emmanuel Graham as Fourth Referee and Emmanuel Asante as Match Commissioner.
At the Kpando Stadium, Heart of Lions will host Nations FC at Kpando in a clash expected to be full of thrills.
In attendance would be Referee Laud Nettey; assistants Alhassan Abdul Gruguullo and Augustine Afful; Rita Boateng Nkansah as Fourth Referee and Match Commissioner Dawson Amoah.
