President John Dramani Mahama has appointed renowned media personality, fashion entrepreneur, and cultural ambassador Abeiku Aggrey Satana Deputy CEO of Ghana Tourism Authority.

With his extensive experience in connecting Ghana with its global diaspora, Abeiku Aggrey Satana’s appointment underscores President Mahama’s commitment to strengthening ties with Ghanaians abroad, fostering investment opportunities, and enhancing cultural and economic collaboration.

Santana began his basic education in Koforidua at Nana Kwaku Boateng Experimental School before attending Ghana National College in Cape Coast for his Ordinary Level certificate. He later enrolled at Ghana Senior High School in Koforidua, where he obtained his Advanced Level certificate.

He holds a master’s degree in Tourism Management from the University of Cape Coast, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and an Associate degree in Legal Studies and Litigation from the New York Paralegal School. Additionally, he earned an Advanced Certificate in Public Relations and Advertising from the Ghana Institute of Journalism. Santana is currently pursuing another master’s degree at the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS).
