Canadian-American tensions may have just ratcheted up another notch thanks to Bryan Adams.
The Ontarian rock star has released a new track taking aim at Donald Trump over his attempt to rename one of Canada‘s most famous bodies of water.
Titled Lake Ontario, the song pokes fun at the President’s push to rebrand the Great Lake as Lake America, while suggesting the controversy is a distraction from wider issues.
Adams pulls no punches, likening the commander-in-chief to a ‘baby tossing toys from the pram.’
The track follows his earlier release, 51st State, which hit back at Trump’s rhetoric about absorbing Canada into the US amid the bitter tariff dispute between the two neighbors.
But what do you think, is Adams playing fair?
