Photos circulating online have set social media buzzing after Ghanaian musician Eazzy, born Mildred Ashong, was spotted flaunting what appears to be a growing baby bump with the child of Medikal.
In the now-viral photos, Eazzy is seen beaming with joy in a casual but elegant outfit that clearly revealed her bump.
The pictures, which surfaced on various social media platforms on Thursday, have again sparked some conversations about her much-publicized relationship with Medikal, which the rapper himself confirmed earlier this year.
Back in July 2025, Medikal made headlines when he told Hitz FM’s Andy Dosty that Eazzy was his woman, his baby, and rib after the reports about his divorce from Fella Makafui.
Medikal at the time even hinted that marriage could be on the horizon, describing their bond as serious and different from his previous relationships.
Currently, while neither Medikal nor Eazzy has officially commented on the pregnancy rumors, fans are already congratulating the couple online, with many calling the news as a good one.
