    Ghanaian music producer Dr. Ray Beat, born Nana Yaw Nkrumah, has marked his 40th birthday by unveiling his newly constructed home on social media. 

    The Accra-based producer shared images of the modern residence, expressing gratitude and reflecting on his journey in the music industry.

    In the photos shared online, Dr. Ray Beat is seen standing proudly in front of the beautifully lit, modern two-story house.

    The structure features large glass panels, stylish lighting, and a sleek black gate with intricate gold patterns.

    Dr. Ray Beat has been a significant figure in Ghana’s music scene since 2008, producing hits across genres like Afrobeat, Hiplife, Dancehall, and Azonto.  His notable works include Kofi Kinaata’s “Oh Azaay” and Atom’s “Yewo Krom,” the latter earning him a nomination for Producer of the Year at the 2016 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. 

    Over the years, Dr. Ray has also collaborated with a diverse array of artists, both locally and internationally. 

    His portfolio boasts productions for artists such as Fancy Gadam, Kwaw Kese, Medikal, Akoo Nana, and international acts like May7ven and Reggie N Bollie from the UK. 

    In interviews, Dr. Ray has credited veteran producer Appietus as a significant influence on his career, stating that listening to Appietus’s work inspired him to pursue music production. 

    The unveiling of his new home not only celebrates a personal milestone but also symbolizes his growth and success in the music industry. 

    Fans and colleagues have flooded his social media with congratulatory messages, celebrating both his birthday and his achievements.
