Guardiola’s £8.5 million mansion

Pep Guardiola is set to move out of his £8.5 million Barcelona mansion following his separation from his wife, Cristina Serra.

Spanish media outlets reported on Monday, January 13, 2025, that Guardiola and Serra have decided to part ways after three decades together.

Guardiola, who shares three adult children with Serra, a fashion executive, has traditionally stayed at their £8.5 million family estate in one of Barcelona’s most affluent neighbourhoods during his visits from Manchester.

It remains uncertain where Guardiola will live in Barcelona moving forward. When not in the Catalan capital, he resides at the Deansgate City Suites in Central Manchester.

Serra is reportedly set to remain in the family’s Barcelona mansion, which was previously owned by ex-Mexican defender Rafa Márquez.

Guardiola purchased the upscale property, situated in a prime Barcelona neighbourhood, from a Russian businessman in February 2021.
