Ghanaian media personality Captain Smart has made another bold statement that has sparked widespread conversation on social media.

In a video shared on social media on September 18, 2025, Captain Smart described people with tattoos as shallow-minded.

He emphasised that individuals with tattoos have an inferiority complex, adding that 96 percent of such people are shallow-minded.

“Research shows that 96 percent of people with tattoos have an inferiority complex and are shallow-minded. Look at people who have tattooed themselves and are media presenters, they are shallow, especially in their submission,” he said.

Captain Smart calls out Mahama’s cabinet for lack of results after eight months

He further stated that if he owned a media platform, he would not allow presenters with tattoos to host certain programs.

“Anytime I see people with tattoos, I see them as mad people. If I had my own television station, there is no way I would give such people the chance to sit on air,” he added.
