Ghanaian Afro-spiritualist singer and songwriter, Enam, popularly known in the music industry as Enam Music, has recounted a challenge she faced in the early stages of her life after being born with 12 toes.

In an interview with media personality Kafui Dey, and shared on X on January 6, 2026, the musician revealed that she grew up believing there was something abnormal about her birth.

Enam Music explained that people around her labelled her a witch because she was born with 12 toes.

“Growing up, it was very abnormal to people because they thought I was a witch child. That was why I was different. But as I grew up and began to understand myself, I realised that I was born for nature, and nature is mine because I was born with 12 toes,” she said.

Enam Music further shared that following numerous criticisms and name-callings, her father made her undergo surgery.

“I had surgery, and the toes are at the Tech Hospital right now, as we speak. They are in the lab. They are still there – those two toes. I have not gone to see them since then.

“I have thought about going there to get them, not just to see them. I don’t know what the legal process will be, but they are mine, so I have to get them. Tech Hospital, I’m coming for my toes,” she added.
