Ghanaian musician Sista Afia has cited Ghanaian-British media personality Peace Hyde as her source of inspiration for maintaining her banging body stature.

She mentioned that she (Sista Afia) maintains her shape through regular exercise, inspired by Peace Hyde’s hourglass figure.

The singer also refuted claims that she had undergone surgery to enhance her body.

Sista Afia, in an interview with OKAY FM on January 28, 2025, described her physique as a “good investment.”

“All I do for my body is skip in the mornings. I can’t do much, but I manage 100 skips. Peace Hyde inspires me to maintain a good figure. However, I haven’t gone under the knife to achieve this body—it’s all natural. I consider it a good investment,” she said.

Sista Afia also offered advice on mixing work with pleasure, emphasising that it rarely ends well.

“Take your time in the industry; don’t rush. And when it comes to matters of the heart, I will advise them to take their time. Because if you involve love with work pressure, you end up putting pressure on yourself,” she added.
