Mr. Cai’s passions for competitive athletics and technology solutions have positioned Xempower at the forefront of the sport’s digital evolution. Through this partnership, Mr. Cai will oversee the relationship between the Panamerican Boxing Confederation and Xempower as the Principal Technology Innovator of the Confederation.
Xempower’s Event Operation & Management System (EOMS) will streamline tournament processes by seamlessly handling athlete registration, generating official draws and brackets, and automatically updating bout sheets, scoring, and results, significantly improving operational efficiency.
During competitions, Xempower’s AI-integrated, data-driven systems will deliver comprehensive bout and athlete analytics for the PanAmerican Boxing Confederation, which, in the long term, may become part of the referee and judge evaluation process with the goal of enhancing accuracy and fairness at every event.
