Africa is already vibrating to the rhythm of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.

From Cotonou, a unique and unprecedented initiative has taken off: a continental journey across more than ten African capitals, bringing together over 40 influential content creators and journalists in a symbolic road trip toward Morocco, host nation of AFCON 2025.

Called “Destination Morocco 2025 – Land of Football”, this one-of-a-kind adventure blends sport, culture, storytelling, and human encounters.

Over several thousand kilometers, the caravan travels across West Africa, passing through Togo, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea, Senegal and Mauritania, before reaching Morocco, where preparations are already underway for the grand football celebration scheduled from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026.

A Pan-African Team at the Heart of the People

Bringing together young digital talents, journalists, videographers, photographers, and influencers from various African countries and France, the caravan aims to tell the story of African football like never before.

Every day, from each city visited, Reels and Stories are produced, offering millions of followers a fully immersive experience.

These digital creations capture the soul of local cultures, the emotions of fans, and the stories that have shaped the continent’s deep passion for football.

At every border and every capital, the team dives into traditions, legends, and community life, showcasing an Africa that is vibrant, creative, and united around its favorite sport.

An Authentic, Human, and Deeply African Journey

This road trip is far more than a series of stops — it is a human adventure designed to bring people together. By choosing the road instead of the air, the organizers aim to stay close to the public, feel the pulse of each city, and experience AFCON even before its official kick-off.

Every country along the way reveals a chapter of African football history: its heroes, emotions, legendary fields, and loyal supporters.

For the first time, an initiative documents this cultural wealth in real time through digital content followed across the continent.

Morocco, Final Destination and Land of Football

The caravan’s arrival in Rabat will symbolize the unity of an Africa mobilized around its flagship sporting event.

Thanks to modern infrastructures, an ambitious vision, and constant commitment to the development of African football, Morocco has become a key continental hub and a leading actor in the sports sector.

The “Route of the AFCON,” already historic, kicks off a festive and unifying momentum. Just weeks before the opening whistle, it signals a 2025 edition that promises to make the entire continent vibrate.
