Legon Cities head coach Paa Kwesi Fabin has urged the club’s fans to fill the University of Ghana Sports Stadium, also known as Legon Stadium, when they host Young Apostles.

The Royals will host the newly promoted side on Monday, November 4, 2024, in match round nine of the league campaign.

The club saw their best-ever attendance for a game this season when they hosted Asante Kotoko in midweek and won their first game of the season.

Addressing the fans ahead of the Young Apostles clash, Fabin said, “They should always come to the stadium and fill the stands and cheer us up because when we saw them, they encouraged us.

“They gave us a lot of encouragement. We thank them very much.”

Before the win over Asante Kotoko, Legon Cities had picked up only two points from seven games and were at the bottom of the league until the victory over the Porcupine Warriors moved them to second from bottom with five points.
