Private legal practitioner and activist, Oliver Barker-Vormawor, has described the newly-constituted Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) team as a critical government intervention with greater significance than the Free Senior High School (Free SHS) programme introduced by the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo administration.

In a post shared on his X page on January 9, 2025, Barker-Vormawor emphasised the transformative potential of ORAL, asserting that its effective implementation could secure long-term political success for the National Democratic Congress (NDC)

He remarked, “ORAL is a critical government policy. It is bigger than Free SHS. Do it well, and it can win you 30 elections.”

A five-member ORAL team has been tasked with investigating and documenting cases of alleged corruption, while recovering misappropriated state resources.

The initiative seeks to enhance governance, rebuild public trust in state institutions, essential for national development.

Do it well and It can win you 30 elections. Mess it up and I will ask for Mampam to come back and continue my Treason prosecution.

    Shalom!
