Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye’s ex-wife, Anita has sparked a discussion following her thought-provoking message on social media.
Sharing her Instagram story, Anita posted a powerful quote, highlighting the distinction between settling for mediocrity and striving for excellence.
She wrote,
“Only those with no vision mistake leftovers for a feast, Know your worth and never settle for scraps”.
Anita stressed the value of self-worth and vision, saying one shouldn’t accept anything less.
Internet users, however, have responded adversely to her comment, alleging that she purposefully criticized Ivy Ifeoma, her ex-husband’s new wife.
The statement about vision and self-worth wasn’t appropriate for Anita to convey because many people conjectured that she might be in a similar situation as Ivy Ifeoma to another man.
