Several Ghanaian entertainment figures, including Okyeame Kwame, actor Oboy Siki, former MUSIGA president Obour, and music legend Kojo Antwi, joined national leaders and dignitaries at the state burial of the late former First Lady, Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings.
The ceremony, taking place at the Black Star Square on Friday, November 28, 2025, has drawn hundreds of mourners, with featured solemn music, and heartfelt tributes celebrating the life and legacy of the women’s rights advocate.
The funeral has brought together representatives from government, Parliament, the diplomatic corps, traditional authorities, and civil society organisations.

Throughout the event, the atmosphere has remained reflective as tributes highlighted Nana Konadu’s decades of activism through the 31st December Women’s Movement.
