The National Service Authority (NSA) has warned the public to ignore a fake notice circulating on social media claiming that a new batch of national service postings has been released.

In a public statement, the Authority clarified that the false publication, titled “National Students Service Postings Update,” did not originate from its office.

The fake notice, which also carried the NSA logo, claimed that the “second batch of postings” would be released on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

The NSA explained that the information is not true and should be disregarded by prospective service personnel, tertiary institutions, and the public.

“All official announcements and updates are published only through our verified communication channels,” the statement noted.

These include the Authority’s official website, social media pages, and public statements issued by its Corporate Affairs Directorate.

The Authority further urged the public to remain cautious and avoid sharing unverified information about national service postings.

It assured that it remains committed to transparent and timely communication and will keep all stakeholders informed through its official platforms.
