    • Overshare from footy star Millie Elliott on Triple M

By ANDREW PRENTICE, SPORT REPORTER, AUSTRALIA

    Published: 01:52 EDT, 26 March 2026 | Updated: 01:52 EDT, 26 March 2026

NRLW star Millie Elliott has revealed why she once bizarrely used her brother’s urine  to treat a wart on her hand.

Speaking on Triple M’s The Rush Hour, the representative prop – who had a baby girl Gigi last September – recalled the stomach-churning tale.

‘This is really gross,’ she told co-hosts Nathan Hindmarsh and Anthony Maroon.

‘My brother weed on one of his warts and it went away…  he told me to do the same once I had one on my finger…  but it didn’t go away.

‘So he said, “Maybe it’s gotta be my wee” …  so he peed in a cup, and I poured it onto my wart…  it didn’t go away.’

The front rower, who has won premierships at the Broncos (twice), Knights and Roosters, married South Sydney Rabbitohs recruit Adam Elliott in 2023.

He previously stated Elliott has been the ‘biggest influence’ in his life.

‘Millie’s the biggest influence over my personal happiness right now. How much she’s bought into my family, and helping to raise my little boy [from a previous relationship], it means the world to me,’ Elliott told the Sydney Morning Herald.

‘I probably don’t give her enough credit, she’s a very special person… everything she does for me, it gets me a bit emotional.’

Elliott is expected to return for the Sydney Roosters this year, with the NRLW competition beginning in July.

The Tricolours were able to replace Elliott for the 2025 campaign without exceeding the salary cap, which delighted chairman Nick Politis.

‘It is a wonderful thing that rugby league has a structure in place where female athletes can start a family, take the time off, but then return when they are ready to play out their contracts,’ he said.

‘We are very happy for Millie and Adam.’
