Ahead of the 26th edition of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards, KiDi has shared a bold opinion about his hit track ‘Lomo Lomo.’

In a post on X, the Lynx Entertainment artiste made a confident case for the song, expressing strong belief in its power and appeal.

He asserted that ‘Lomo Lomo’ is a musical force deserving of top recognition, insisting that no other song should surpass it in any award category.

Despite his confidence, KiDi encouraged his fanbase to take action to secure the song’s success.

“No song should beat Lomo Lomo in ANY category! But I need you to vote, my loves,” he wrote.

The track, which features Black Sherif, has earned nominations in four major categories: Best Afrobeats/Afropop Artiste(s), Best Afrobeats Song, Collaboration of the Year, and the Telecel Most Popular Song of the Year.

The 26th Telecel Ghana Music Awards is set to take place on May 10, 2025, at the Grand Arena in Accra.
