Fada Gaza was a Rap artiste based in Nkawkaw
Nkawkaw-based rapper, Fada Gaza, has reportedly died following a violent confrontation with a member of a rival group on November 2, 2025.
According to multiple reports, what began as a heated altercation between the rapper and another man escalated into a deadly encounter.
Both men allegedly stabbed each other during the scuffle, resulting in severe injuries. Fada Gaza, however, reportedly succumbed to his wounds after the incident.
The two individuals were rushed to the Holy Family Catholic Hospital at Nkawkaw for emergency medical attention.

Unfortunately, medical personnel pronounced the rapper dead upon arrival. The other man, who sustained critical injuries, was initially treated at the same hospital but has since been referred and transported to the Police Hospital in Accra for further care.
Speaking to JoyNews, the Municipal Director of Health for Kwahu West, Celestina Asante, confirmed that the deceased sustained multiple wounds consistent with a knife or cutlass attack.
“Two young men were having a scuffle, probably in their home, and then they stabbed each other. Unfortunately, one passed on, then the other one; he did not die, but he sustained injuries. When they were brought to the hospital, one was pronounced dead on arrival. The one who was pronounced dead on arrival, you could see cutlass or knife wounds around the armpit, the rib, and then the lower abdomen,” she told JoyNews.
Celestina Asante indicated that several youth gathered at the Holy Family Hospital, where the injured suspect was being treated before his transfer to Accra.
She said the youth of Nkawkaw demanded that the alleged suspect be handed over to them, expressing anger over the rapper’s death.
The Municipal Director of Health for Kwahu West said the body of the deceased has been deposited at the Nkawkaw Holy Family morgue.
The Ghana Police Service has yet to release an official statement regarding the circumstances surrounding the confrontation or confirm any arrests related to the case.
