Lady reveals the unexpected and shocking request she received from a suitor inviting her to come over to his apartment.
The lady’s video has set the internet abuzz, in it she shared the short video she received from an Igbo suitor trying to woo her.
The gentleman speaking in his local language, earnestly invited her to his apartment showing off neatly arranged bundles of naira notes and a single red apple placed ceremoniously on his center table.
The apple was meant to represent the traditional Igbo custom of offering kola-nut to visitors. He implied that was what he had to offer if she decided to visit.
Many social media users flooded the comment with cultural commentary reacting to man’s unorthodox replacement of the revered kola nut with an apple. While others praised the lady for revealing his identity, mocking his appearance.
