Simi is a Nigerian singer

The Nigerian government has commenced an investigation into an old post shared by singer Simisola Bolatito Kosoko, popularly known as Simi, concerning a four-year-old boy.

Simi recently became the subject of intense online discussions after a decade-old post resurfaced.

In the post, she described how a four-year-old boy identified as David allegedly had a crush on her.

In the now-deleted tweet, Simi recounted that the child got physically close to her, acting as though he wanted to kiss her and resting his head on her lap, while she jokingly questioned whether she should give him attention.
