Ghanaian rapper Medikal has issued a stern warning to music lovers and fans, cautioning them against comparing him to any other artiste in the industry.

In a fiery post on his official X account (formerly Twitter), the “Omo Ada” hitmaker expressed deep frustration over what he describes as disrespectful comparisons, specifically mentioning fellow rapper Kwesi Arthur.

Medikal, known for his confident persona and bold lyricism, made it clear that he is in his own lane and would not tolerate being measured against any other act. In his own words, he tweeted:

“Never ever compare me to any artiste, not Kwesi Arthur or anyone. Don’t even dare, are you guys fukn mad?”

The tweet, which has since gone viral, has sparked heated conversations across social media. Some users back Medikal’s assertion of individuality, while others see it as unnecessary provocation within an already competitive industry.
