A short video of late hiplife musician Castro D’Destroyer and his friend, former Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan, has resurfaced and gone viral on social media, decades after Castro’s passing.

In the video, the two were spotted euphorically freestyling their hit song “African Girls” while promoting their March 5, 02 arena concert in the UK.

This development has since stirred nostalgic feelings among fans online, with many expressing how much they truly miss Castro.

Others have also reminisced about the close bond the late highlife musician once shared with his friend, Asamoah Gyan.

Castro tragically drowned while jet skiing in the Ada River in 2014. After years of unsuccessful searches, he was officially pronounced dead.
