Ghanaian highlife musician, King Paluta

Some netizens have taken to social media to express strong dissatisfaction with Highlife musician King Paluta, following an incident that erupted during his performance in London.

On June 29, 2025, a video of the Aseda hitmaker went viral, capturing him angrily insulting a guest who reportedly didn’t enjoy his performance.

In the video, King Paluta was seen pausing his set to direct harsh words at a female attendee during the All White Boat Party in London.

“I’m here because of my fans. She can’t stand there and give me that facial expression. If you don’t give a f*** about me, I don’t give a f*** about you either. Your ugly wig,” he said during the outburst.

The video, which has caused a stir online, has led to massive backlash, with many netizens criticising King Paluta’s behaviour.

While some have described his actions as unprofessional, others are calling on him to issue an unqualified apology to the guest involved.

One user on X wrote, “This is terrible. He couldn’t exercise restraint?”

Another user commented, “This guy just be fool. You expect the person to be happy by force? Instead of being worried that some people paid to attend and aren’t enjoying the show, you’re insulting them.”

Another account added, “Paluta should relax. As an artiste, he should know there will always be criticism. Not everyone will like you. So why insult someone over that? He should be careful people can ruin your entire career.”
