Following weeks of controversies involving Nigerian actress Regina Daniels and her husband, Ned Nwoko, the politician has made a post showering praises on his 4th wife, Laila Charani.
In a post shared on X on December 3, 2025, Ned Nwoko described Laila Charani as a virtuous woman with whom he is well pleased.
According to him, Laila is a mature woman who is “gentle, patient, respectful, and above all, incredibly caring.”
He added that Laila possesses a unique personality and does not seek social media attention, noting that she prefers a peaceful and private life where she directs her energy toward people who truly matter to her.
‘My world revolved around Regina Daniels’ – Ned Nwoko
“…I want to take a moment to speak about the woman I know, the woman I love, and the woman I cherish, my wife, Laila. She is a woman whose quiet strength continues to amaze me every single day. Laila is not someone who lives on social media.
“She has never been the type to chase attention or respond to every passing opinion. She prefers a peaceful and private life where her energy goes to the things that truly matter, not the distractions that come with the online world,” he said.
He further noted that he is always ready to protect and stand by her, acknowledging her constant support in his life.
‘Regina’s family introduced her to drugs’ – Ned Nwoko alleges
“Laila has a depth of character that many may never see because she does not display her life publicly. She moves quietly, loves quietly, and carries herself with grace. Her strength does not shout. Her goodness does not need an audience. She simply remains true to who she is.
“Over the years, I have seen her handle challenges with patience and grace that inspire me. She does not rush to prove herself to anyone. She allows time, truth, and character to speak for her. That is one of the many reasons I respect her deeply,” he added.
