Cape Coast – The Central Regional Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr Gabriel Nii Kommey Adams, has refuted allegations implicating him in the leakage of party secrets, declaring his loyalty to the party as “unmatched and uncontested.”
In a formal disclaimer issued and signed on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, Mr Nii Kommey Adams categorically denied any involvement. He emphasised that neither he nor the Regional Party Secretariat authored the document in question, nor do they have any knowledge of its origins.
“I wish to state without any equivocation that the Regional Party Secretariat and I did not author the statement in circulation, and we do not know its origination. I urge all to treat its contents with the contempt they deserve,” he stated.
The statement concludes by suggesting that unscrupulous or desperate individuals may be attempting to tarnish his hard-won reputation. By way of the disclaimer, Mr Adams formally dissociates himself entirely from the referenced statement and its contents.

My attention has been drawn to a statement widely circulated on some WhatsApp platforms with the subject or caption “ DISCLAIMER & DIRECTIVES FOR:
FAIR AND EQUITABLE ALLOCATION OF SECURITY SERVICES SLOTS GIVEN TO THE CENTRAL REGION NDC BY THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR THROUGH THE REVERED CENTRAL REGIONAL MINISTER, HON. EKOW PANYIN OKYERE EDUAMOAH”.
I wish to state without any equivocation that neither the Regional Party Secretariat nor I did author the statement in circulation and do not have any knowledge of its origination or construction. I urge all to treat the entire statement and the contents therein with the contempt it deserves.
I want to state on record that, neither the Central Regional Minister, Hon. Ekow Panyin Eduamoah nor the Minister of Interior, Hon. Muntaka, has ever spoken to me about security services protocol or assigned me to issue any statement on that subject matter. Also, no such thing as a security protocol has ever come to my attention as Regional Secretary of the NDC in the Central Region.
I suspect an attempt by unscrupulous or desperate individuals/politicians who intend to destroy my hard-won reputation to score a political advantage or gain.
I am therefore by this statement issuing a disclaimer to the statement under reference with the above caption and its contents and wish to disassociate myself from the statement.
