Renowned Ghanaian media personality, Nana Aba Anamoah has made a bold statement regarding her focus on personal fulfillment, expressing indifference to public opinion.

In an interview on the “Konnected Minds Podcast,” Anamoah shared her philosophy of prioritising happiness and self-acceptance.

In a video posted on social media platform X on January 31, 2026, she addressed the perceptions others may have of her, stating, “I’m not in the business of correcting anybody’s view of me.”

She added, “When people say you are rude, I say to them, It is true; we just met at different versions. Today, maybe one day you meet that part.”

Anamoah, who is also known for her impactful work through her “Women of Valour” foundation, emphasised the importance of self-contentment and resilience in her career.

“I’m not going to try and cajole you to like me because I really do not care if you like me or not. I do what makes me happy,” she remarked during the interview.

Her candid remarks underscore a broader message of self-empowerment and self-awareness.

“If you sit down and think, ‘oh, this girl is so full of herself,’ yeah, oh absolutely. Yes, I am. Absolutely, run with it,” she asserted, encouraging listeners to embrace their own perceptions, whether positive or critical.

Anamoah’s empowering stance has resonated with many, as she reassures her followers that external opinions hold little weight in her life.

She added, “If you think ‘oh Nana Aba is so sweet, she’s so intelligent, she’s so kind,’ absolutely, run with it. Because that’s what makes you happy.”

“There is nothing you can say to me that will bring my spirit down. I don’t pay attention. I don’t lose sleep over the opinions of people I think shouldn’t really be discussing my life,” she declared confidently.

This interview highlights the mission of the “Konnected Minds Podcast,” which focuses on personal growth and motivational content, making it a fitting platform for Anamoah’s inspiring message.

“I’ve discussed myself. I know what I’m capable of doing,” she concluded, reinforcing her commitment to self-discovery and authenticity.
