    Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari has opened up on the distressing experience of her home being invaded by armed robbers while she was filming a movie.

    In a discussion on 3 Music TV’s “The Big Conversation” on November 1, 2024, Nadia said she received a call informing her of the robbery at home.

    She recalled that the news significantly impacted her ability to focus on her lines, but she had to master the strength to push through.

    “During the time we were filming, I was going through a lot personally. So I wasn’t focused on my lines. Even while on set, my home got robbed. We had to film so I had to ignore it, pretend nothing had happened,” she said.

    Nadia, famed for her role in “Beyoncé: The President’s Daughter,” also talked about the challenges of balancing her responsibilities as a mother with her filming schedule.

    “I’m a hands-on mother. We usually start shooting around 6 PM and wrap up around 5 AM. I rush home to get my kids ready for school, drop them off, then do some house chores before picking them up later. I had little time to rest while on set,” she added.
