Diana Asamoah is a Ghanaian Gospel singer

Gospel musician and evangelist, Diana Asamoah, has issued a cryptic warning to Ghanaian parents, urging them to be extra vigilant with their children in the days leading up to a yet-to-be-named movie premiere scheduled for August 2, 2025.

Speaking on Angel TV, the Gospel singer did not mention anyone by name, but her comments have drawn attention because the date she referred to matches the upcoming premiere of actor and filmmaker Kwadwo Nkansah LilWin’s new movie, Ibrahim Traore.

In her message, Diana Asamoah hinted at spiritual concerns and suggested that not everyone involved in the creative space has pure intentions.

Without making direct accusations, she claimed that some individuals use the name of God in vain and may be involved in harmful practices.

“I do not speak to murderers. He is about to premiere his movie, which is scheduled for August 2, 2025. I urge Ghanaian mothers to be vigilant in the time leading up to the premiere. Every mother should protect her child, as there are some individuals who, lacking genuine faith, only mention God’s name in vain and may engage in harmful rituals. If you rush through life, you may dismiss important warnings and end up making dangerous choices,” she said.

Though she did not explain what specific event or past experience she was referring to, her words have sparked speculation, especially given the timing of LilWin’s movie premier.
