A major police operation is underway in Mosman, one of Sydney‘s most exclusive harborside suburbs, near The Buena pub.

Police are currently speaking with a man at the scene, but no arrests have been made.

Streets were blocked off for some time, and passengers were removed from buses travelling nearby.

Authorities have stated that there is no threat to the community; however, residents are being urged to avoid Prince Albert Street this morning.
