Ghana international Kudus Mohammed has said his final goodbye to West Ham United following Tottenham Hotspur switch this summer.

The 24-year-old midfielder completed a £55 million transfer from West Ham United to Spurs on Thursday, signing a six-year deal with the North London club.

However, the Black Stars midfielder has taken to social media to express gratitude to West Ham United following an explosive two-year spell at the club.

“Pleasure to be a hammer running life’s Marathon. Thank you for the warm seat through it all. Best wishes for the season & the future,” he wrote on Instagram.

With this move, the former Ajax star becomes the most expensive Ghanaian player in history, surpassing Thomas Partey.

Despite being on the radar of numerous clubs, the talented player opted to join Tottenham, who are set to compete in the Champions League next season.

Kudus’ arrival is expected to add flair and firepower to Thomas Franks’ squad as they look to challenge both domestically and in Europe next season.

The Ghana international made 80 appearances across competitions for the Hammers in his two-year spell, scoring 19 goals and delivering 13 assists.
